You will have to soak your feet to soften the tough dead skin, then you will have to scrub off the dead skin from your feet and them moisturize your feet with a nourishing cream to keep it soft and smooth. You should exercise your feet and use comfortable shoes that allow your feet to relax and breathe easily.

Foot Care Dos
Rub your foot with a soda can or tennis ball. This will soothe and relax your feet.
Use petroleum jelly on dry feet before you go to bed and then cover them with socks. They will be softer and sleeker in the morning.
